Adani Power IPO in price band Rs. 90-100…
Adani Power Ltd on Tuesday fixed the price band for its initial public offer (IPO) between Rs90 and Rs100 per share. The firm is offering 3.01 million equity shares of Rs10 each. The issue will open on 28 July and end on 31 July. The issue price will be decided through a book-building process. The issue constitutes 13.84% of the post- issue paid-up equity share capital of the firm.
