Ashirwad Capital Ltd has approved Bonus issue in the meeting held on 22nd Jan 2008 where they have declared Bonus in the ratio of 3 equity for every 5 equity shares held by the Member on Record Date to be announced later, and have declared dividend of 35% on 25000000 Equity Shares of Re 1/- each amounting to Rs 87.50 lacs.
