Asian Films Production & Distribution Record date for Consolidation of Shares
Asian Films Production & Distribution has fixed 05 February 2010 as the record date for consolidation of face value from Re. 1 per share to Rs. 10 per share of the company. Net profit of Asian Films Production & Distribution rose 150.00% to Rs 0.05 crore in the quarter ended September 2009 as against Rs 0.02 crore during the previous quarter ended September 2008. There were no sales reported in the quarter ended September 2009 as against Rs 1.50 crore during the previous quarter ended September 2008.
