Birla Shloka Edutech fixes FPO price at Rs 50
Birla Shloka Edutech Ltd has announced that the Members of the Public Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of Company, at its meeting held on January 16, 2010, after analyzing the application and subscriptions received, and in consultation with the Book Running Lead Managers, Ashika Capital Ltd, have discovered the final price for the follow-on issue of equity shares at Rs. 50/-.
