Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation Ltd (GMDC) has informed the market that today in the meeting of the board has decided to recommended a bonus issue of shares in the ratio of 1:1.The stock price came down after showing good results and after news of bonus issue.

Im still waiting … when would the bonus shares be credited? Or was it just that …a recommendation yet to turn to reality
GMDC declared the bonus but what about it’s record date since uptill now (as on 25th June 2008)my demat account yet to receive the bonus shares.
