Brels Infotech allots bonus shares
Brels Infotech Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 21, 2008, has allotted 11,93,71,313 Equity Shares of Re 1/- each to the Shareholders of the Company as on record date of March 18, 2008 in the ratio of 3:8 as fully paid-up Bonus Shares.
