CHL Ltd Recommends Rights Issue
CHL Ltd has recommended rights issue today. It’s current market price is Rs. 205 as per the last traded price in market today. I just read this corporate announcement at NSE today and putting it here right away.
CHL Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 25, 2008, inter alia, has considered and approved the draft Letter of Offer of Right Issue of 54,81,829 equity Shares of Rs 10/- each of the Company at a premium of Rs 40/- per share (the issue price is Rs 50/- per share) in the ratio of one equity share of Rs 10/- each for every two equity shares held in the Company. The draft Letter of Offer of Right Issue is being filed with SEBI.
