Compucom Software Bonus Issue
Compucom Software Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 31, 2010, inter alia, has considered and approved the bonus issue of 1 (one) Equity Shares for every 2 (Two) Equity Shares held subject to the approval of the members in the Annual General Meeting. (i.e. in the ratio of 1:2).
The stock was trading at Rs.21.95, up by Rs.0.65 or 3.05%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.24.60 and low of Rs.21.60. The total traded quantity was 111703 compared to 2 week average of 294701.
