Cravatex allots bonus shares On 20 July 2011 The committee of Cravatex in its meeting on 20 July 2011 has approved the allotment 12,92,080 equity shares of Rs. 10 each as fully paid-up bonus shares to the holders of existing equity shares of the company.Accordingly the issued, subscribed and paid-up Share capital of the company stands increased from Rs. 1.29 crore divided into 12,92,080 equity shares of Rs. 10 each to Rs. 2.58 crore divided into 25,84,160 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
