Diamant Investment & Finance jumps on Bonus issue plan
Diamant Investment & Finance jumped 5% to Rs 107.20on BSE, extending gains for the second consecutive day, after the company said its board will meet on 24 December 2009 to consider issue of bonus shares and raising funds. The company made this announcement during trading hours on Thursday, 17 December 2009, when the stock had gained 4.99% to Rs 102.10. If approved by the board, it will be a maiden bonus from Diamant Investment & Finance.
