Dolphin Offshore recommends bonus share 2:5 & 30% dividend…
Dolphin Offshore Enterprises India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 14, 2009, inter alia, has recommended issue of bonus shares for the approval of the Shareholders in the proportion of 2 new equity shares for every 5 equity shares held as on the record date to be determined by the Board of Directors and also recommended 30% dividend for the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
The stock was trading at Rs.193.20, up by Rs.32.20 or 20%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.193.20 and low of Rs.155.35.
The total traded quantity was 70734 compared to 2 week average of 1453.It was trading with volumes of 6,663 shares, compared to its five-day average of 1,361 shares, an increase of 389.49%.
Yesterday the share closed up 0.53% or Rs 0.85 at Rs 161.
