Emaar MGF IPO Refund Money, Did you get it yet?
Even after extending the IPO date and reducing the IPO price, Emaar MGF could not get enough response from investors in primary market. Unfortunately, the IPO which could have been a big success if it would have been bullish market, had to close down and withdraw IPO from primary markets.
Though most of the investors did not invest money, many of them still did on the supposed to be the last day for this IPO before they declared the extension. Their money is stuck in this IPO and Emaar MGF had assured that they would return the money in 10-15 days. We had published this news on 10th Feb and following it up on 25th Feb, to check out if anyone really getting the Emaar MGF IPO refund back to their bank accounts or checks in hand.
We had also invested our money in there, and at least we did not get our money back yet. We are also waiting for the refund, specially we needed the money to invest in REC IPO which got good response from retail investors. REC is over-subscribed 7.5 times in retail section. Though we managed to apply for 8-8 lots, Emaar MGF refund money could have helped us to invest somewhere else in down market than keeping the money idle for so long.

I applied for EMAAR MGF IPO through ICICI direct account vide application no.18213291, but so far there is refund either in the bank or cheque. if any get the refund, please let us know.
Pradeep received yesterday, that means the payment refund processing is already started and you should be getting it soon.
I haven’t got the money back. I applied through HDFC Securities. If I ask them, they ask me to go to Emaar MGF. Please clarify, who is responsible to refund my money refund? Is it the company or the share broker?

Today I received my refund check for Emaar MGF. You guys shall also receive it by today or tomorrow.
