Empower Industries India bonus issue
The board meeting of Empower Industries India will be held on 12 February 2010 to consider and approve the Issue of Bonus Shares to existing Shareholders of the Company, to fix the record date and ratio of Bonus. The stock was trading at Rs.28.05, up by Rs.2.55 or 10%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.28.05 and low of Rs.26.50.
