FCS Software bonus issue record date
FCS Software Solutions gained 2.23% on BSE, after the company fixed 2 March 2010 as the record date for a liberal 1:1 bonus issue.
The stock hit a high of Rs 14.05 and a low of Rs 13.11 so far during the day. The stock had hit a 52-week high of Rs 17.75 on 11 December 2009 and a lifetime low of Rs 1.70 on 6 March 2009. The company’s equity capital is Rs 26.48 crore. Face value per share is Rs 1.
The company provides software solutions. The services are of four types, namely, e-learning and digital consulting, IT consulting services, product engineering services and application support 24/7. The company is primarily serving clients in the United States.
