FCS Software Solutions jumped 7.05% to Rs 16.10 at 11:55 IST on BSE, after the company said its board will meet on 11 January 2009 to consider issue of bonus shares. The company provides software solutions. The services are of four types, namely, e-learning and digital consulting, IT consulting services, product engineering services and application support 24/7. The company is primarily serving clients in the United States.
