Gemini Communication Recommends Stock Split and Dividend
Gemini Communication Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 19, 2008, inter alia, has decided the following: 1. Have recommended the dividend of 15% on the paid up equity share capital of the Company. 2. Have recommend to split the equity shares of Rs 1/- each from Rs 5/- per share.
