Gujarat NRE Coke Bonus Issue and Rights Issue
Gujarat NRE Coke jumped 8.50% to Rs 113 on BSE after posting 120.46% surge in net profit to Rs 94.4 crore on 150.77% increase in total income to Rs 382.12 crore in Q1 June 2008 over Q1 June 2007.
The company’s board has also announced issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 2:5. The company’s board, meanwhile, deferred rights issue proposal.
