HDIL Bonus Issue Announcement [Housing Development & Infrastructure Ltd]
Housing Development & Infrastructure Ltd (HDIL) has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 21, 2008, inter alia, has considered and approved following matters subject to approval of the shareholders:
1. Payment of Final Dividend of Rs 3/- per share.
2. Issue of Bonus Shares in the proportion of 2 (two) new equity shares for every 7 (seven) equity shares held.

In your board meeting dated 27 may 2008 bonus shares issue in ratio of 2: 7 was declared but in my Demat A/C no. ICICI Demat Account : 8500937098 which is having 90 shares , no bonus share is received
May please inform the position so that I may inform to our vig. deptt regarding annual earning.
