Hira Ferro Bonus Shares Allotment
The committee of Hira Ferro Alloys in its meeting on 13 July 2011 has approved the allotment of 1,56,70,800 equity shares of Rs. 10 each fully paid up as bonus shares in the ratio of four equity shares of Rs. 10 each fully paid for every one equity share of Rs. 10 each fully paid to all those shareholders whose names appeared on the Register of Members.
