IL&FS Investment Managers to consider bonus issue shares
IL&FS Investment Managers board will meet on 1 April 2008 to consider issuing bonus shares. IL&FS Investment Managers rose 11.81% to Rs 212.10 on 19th March 2008 on this bonus issue news.
IL&FS Investment Managers is a private-equity fund management firm. It mainly provides equity support to new projects. Its main objective is to seek capital appreciation of its equity investments from the growth of its portfolio companies and, ultimately, by exercising a clearly defined divestment option.
