Indo Green Projects Rights Issue
The board of Indo Green Projects in its meeting on 16 January 2010 has approved the proposed rights issue of equity shares. Every equity shareholder holding one equity share of Rs. 10 each as on the record date shall be entitled to two equity shares of face value Rs 10 each i.e. 1 to 2 ratio.
