IntraSoft Technologies IPO Subscription
The initial public offer of IntraSoft Technologies was subscribed 1.25 times on the second day of the issue today, 25 March 2010, NSE data showed. The issue received bids for 42.50 lakh shares compared with 37 lakh shares on offer. Read IntraSoft Technologies IPO Subscription analysis here.
The price band for the IPO is Rs 137 to Rs 145 per share. The company will raise Rs 50.69 crores at the lower end of the price band and mop up Rs 53.65 crores at the upper end. The issue constitutes 25.12% of the post issue paid up capital. The issue closes on 26 March 2010.
