Kemrock Industries Rights Issue

Kemrock Industries & Exports jumped a little and closed at Rs. 345 today on BSE after reacing Rs. 357, 5% up than previous close, after the company said its board will meet on 23 December 2009 to consider issue of equity share on rights basis.
