KM Sugar Mills stock split
KM Sugar Mills surged almost 5% on BSE, after the company said its board will meet on 29 January 2010 to consider a 5-for-1 stock split. The company announced the board meet during trading hours today, 25 January 2010. The company is engaged in manufacturing white crystal sugar that is used for human consumption and in the industries like food, beverage and soft drinks.
