Market may remain weak in the Coming Week

The market might extend Friday’s sharp fall on gloomy domestic and global scene. What could be the reasons as per me:

Look at some of these:

  1. Higher crude oil prices,
  2. Rising inflation,
  3. Weak industrial production numbers,
  4. Fears of further rise in interest rates,
  5. Fuid domestic political situation,
  6. Tension in Middle East.

In the light of above worries, foreign institutional investors (FIIs) sold shares worth Rs 1,012.20 crore in the month of July 2008 so far, till 9 July 2008. FIIs sold shares worth Rs 26,477.50 crore in the calendar year 2008. Mutual funds have bought shares worth Rs 712.30 crore in the month of July so far.
