MM Forgings Recommended Bonus Issue - Ratio of 1:1
I do have one more bonus issue news for you today. MM Forgings Ltd has recommended the Issue of Bonus share in the ratio of 1:1 (One Bonus Share for Every existing one Equity Share held).
The Issue of Bonus Shares shall be considered by the Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting to be held on August 18, 2008.
Share price jumped by 18% (Rs.27) today and ended at rs.176.60 on nse. Strongly recommended for great returns now. This liberal bonus is issue is second repetition of its earlier 1:1 bonus in less than 4 years.
