Nitin Fire Protection Industries Bonus Issue
The shareholders of Nitin Fire Protection Industries have passed a resolution for issue of bonus shares in the proportion of 5 bonus shares of Rs. 2 each for every 2 fully paid-up equity share of Rs. 2 each held by them.
This was approved at the extraordinary general meeting held on 12 September 2011.
