Record Date – Zodiac Clothing Company bonus shares
Zodiac Clothing Company surged 3.47% to Rs 362.75 at 15:27 IST on BSE after the company fixed 28 September 2011 as the record date for the issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:2.
The company announced the record date during trading hours today, 19 September 2011. Zodiac Clothing Company’s consolidated net profit fell 22.9% to Rs 5.55 crore on 9.4% rise in net sales to Rs 83.34 crore in Q1 June 2011 over Q1 June 2010.
