Record date – Britannia Industries allotment of bonus debentures
Britannia Industries has fixed 09 March 2010 as the record date for determining the members of the company who will be entitled to receive one fully paid bonus debenture of Rs. 170 each for every one existing fully paid equity share of Rs. 10 each of the company (bonus debentures), pursuant to a scheme of arrangement sanctioned by the Calcutta High Court.
