Record Date – Chromatic India Bonus Issue
Chromatic India Ltd has informed the market that it has fixed record date for the proposed Bonus Issue , The company told it has fixed March 23, 2010 as the Record Date for for the proposed Bonus issue in the proportion of Five new fully paid equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for every Two equity shares of Rs. 10/- each held as on the record date.
