Record Date – Diamant Investment & Finance Bonus Issue
Diamant Investment & Finance bonus issue was announced 20th December last year and approved on 25th Jan 2010. The company has now fixed 09 February 2010 as the record date for the purpose of issue of bonus shares in the proportion of 3 new fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10 each for every 1 equity share of Rs. 10 each.
