Record Date – Empower Industries Bonus Issue
Empower Industries hits the roof after fixing record date for bonus issue. Empower Industries India was locked at 5% upper limit on BSE, after the company fixed 25 March 2010 as the record date for a 23:2 bonus issue.
The current price of Rs 38.95 discounts the company’s Q3 December 2009 annualized EPS of Rs 0.32, by a PE multiple of 121.72.
