Record Date – Hindustan Construction Company Bonus Issue
Hindustan Construction Company gained 2.21% to Rs 136.65 at 10:29 IST on BSE, after the company fixed 11 August 2010 record date for a liberal 1:1 bonus issue.
The company has an equity capital of Rs 30.32 crore. Face value per share is Rs 1.
This is the second bonus issue from Hindustan Construction Company (HCC). Earlier, the company had issued a liberal 1:1 bonus in June 1995. The board of Lavasa Corporation, a subsidiary of HCC, has approved an initial public offering (IPO) of its equity shares for raising up to Rs 2000 crore.
