Record date Kanani Industries Stock Split
Kanani Industries had announced the stock split on 3rd November. Recently the stock experienced the upper circuit upon approval by the board. Kanani Industries has fixed 23 December 2009 as the record date for the purpose of sub-division/ stock split of Rs 10 per share of the company into shares of Rs 5 each. The company made this announcement after the trading hours on Monday, 14 December 2009.
