Record Date – Panoramic Universal Bonus Issue
Panoramic Universal surged on BSE, after the company fixed 22 June 2010 as the record date for a liberal 5:1 bonus issue. The company fixed record date during trading hours today, 11 June 2010. This is a maiden bonus issue from Panoramic Universal.
The company’s equity capital is Rs 6.48 crore. Face value per share is Rs 5. Panoramic Universal’s consolidated net profit declined 15% to Rs 2.38 crore on 17.8% fall in net sales to Rs 22.52 crore in Q4 March 2010 over Q4 March 2009.
