Record Date – R.S. Software Bonus Issue
R.S. Software (India) has fixed 22 June 2010 as the record date for the purpose of issue of bonus equity shares in the ratio of 28 new equity shares of Rs. 10 each as fully paid-up against every 100 equity shares of Rs. 10 as fully paid-up to be held by the shareholders.
