Sterlite Technologies Stock Split and Bonus Issue – Sterlite Technologies gained little bit on BSE, after the company fixed 10 March 2010 as the record date for a liberal 1:1 bonus issue and sub-division of equity shares from Rs 5 each to Rs 2 each. The company announced the record date during trading hours today, 25 February 2010. This is a maiden bonus issue from Sterlite Technologies.
Early this week, Sterlite Technologies secured an order worth Rs 800 crore from Power Finance Corporation for its East-North interconnection mega transmission project.
