I have purchased uti infrastructure funds and warrant no is 405468191, link no is UT290607125, bundle ID is 25075 and collate ID is 29934179-130921893-8777. I received Rs.5016.72 on 29.6.2007 and than no other information till now I have received. Please help me out because I have no other papers with me.

RE: NO Status– application Reliance IPO

This is for your kind information that I had applied for 225 shares of Reliance. Power Ltd. vide application no. 55176584 I paid cheque of Rs. 25875/= by cheque no. 164336 dt. 15.01.2008 drawee bank Bank of Baroda Rajendra Nagar Bareilly. The application was collected through AXIS Bank Bareilly vide their Sr. No. 7325494

This cheque has been cleared from my bank account on 21.01.2008 fvg. Reliance Power IPO-R but neither even a single share did not allot to me nor my money has been refunded. Whenever I bring matter in notice of Karvy Computech they replied me filmsy so many time–

“We have noted the contents of your mail and we shall revert the matter 3 days or within a week.”

On 2nd May 2008 M/s Karvy has replied me

“In this regard we would like to inform you that the refund has been issued through ECS on 09/02/2008 and the same was enchashed per our record.”

Immediately I have enquired from my banker and they have informed no credit has been recd. by ECS in my account.

I was also surprised to note that How it is possible that M/s Karvy have refunded the amount by ECS because BAREILLY (U.P) Center is not included for ECS payment.

When I mailed this truth to M/s Karvy immidately on next day they have again replied fimsly statement –

“We have noted your contents and shall reply within week’s time.”

In this connection I have also mailed the scanned copy/photo copy front & back side copy of cheque cleared. (I am very much thankful to Bank of Baroda for providing me all these detail). I send all these detail to Karvy Computer Share & to reliance customer care by mail on their mail addresses reliancepower.ipo@karvy.com, ,as well as on fax and by courier and forwarded to reliancepower.ipo@relianceada.com. After this the reply of karvy was

“we would like to inform you that we have noted the contents of the mail and shall revert to you shortly”.

Now after my several reminders they are not entertaining me. Neither are they giving reply of my mails. Till date I have not received the Status of my application or refund amount of the same. You are requested to please raise the mater to concerned authority seriously and try to help me to get the refund money of Rs.25875/- with upto date interest @12.75% (which I am bearing from the date of clearance of my cheque) immediately.
