Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision to issue & allot bonus hares
On 21st Jan 2010, Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision board had announced 2nd Feb as bonus issue record date. The board of Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision in its meeting on 03 February 2010 has resolved to issue and allot 63,24,67,240 fully paid-up bonus shares of Re. 1 each.
