Signet Overseas Bonus Issue Record Date
Signet Overseas has fixed 14 December 2009 as the record date for determining the members of the company who will be entitled to receive (2:1) two fully paid bonus equity share for every one existing fully paid equity share of Rs. 10 each of the company.
