SRM Energy Rights Issue
SRM Energy is meeting on 07th July to declare Quarterly Results and
1.To amendment the object clause of the memorandum of association of the Company.
2.To change the borrowing limits.
3. To authorise for creation of charge on the assets of the Company.
4. To giving of loans/ guarantee(s), / or provide any security(ies) in terms of section 372A.
5. To approve the postal ballot form along with the calendar of events in respect of the resolution required to be passed by postal ballot.
6. To consider the demerger of “Cuddalore Power Division” with SRM Energy Tamilnadu Pvt. Ltd., a wholly subsidiary of the Company.
7. To take on record the long term agreement for purchase/ import of coal entered into with an Indonesian Group.
8. To Increase in Authorised Capital
9. To further issue of Right equity shares.
