- Eastern Silk Industries has fixed 07 July 2008 as the record date for the sub-division of 1 equity share of Rs 10 each into 5 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
- MIC Electronics has fixed 07 July 2008 as the record date for the sub-division of 1 equity share of Rs 10 each into 5 equity shares of Rs 2 each. We had recommended to buy MIC electronics few days back on basis of it’s bright prospectus.
- Apollo Sindhoori Capital Investments has fixed 18 July 2008 as the record date for the purpose of stock split of equity shares from face value of Rs 10 to Re 1 per share.

- ELF Trading And Chemicals Manufacturing had fixed 04 July 2008 as the record date for the issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 3:1.
- Entegra had fixed 04 July 2008 as the record date for the rights issue of equity shares in the ratio of 1:1.
