Swasti Vinayaka Finvest Board approves Bonus Issue & Dividend in the meeting that was held today they have declared a Bonus of 1 equity for every 3 equity shares held by the Member on Record date to be announced later, and Dividend of 40% on 30000000 Equity Shares of Re 1/- each amounting to Rs. 120.00.
