Tilak Finance Bonus Issue
The members of Tilak Finance have approved the issue bonus shares in the ratio of 4:1. Further, The members have approved to appoint R. Soni & Company, Chartered Accountants as auditors of the company. The members have approved to increase the authorised capital of the company from Rs. 25 lakh to Rs. 12.25 crore.
This was approved at the extraordinary general meeting held on 28 April 2010.
