Well Pack Papers & Containers Bonus Issue and Stock Split
Well Pack Papers & Containers Ltd has announced that a meeting of the company board will be held on January 23, 2010, to consider and recommend the issue of Bonus Equity Shares. The Board will also consider the matter for stock split of the equity shares of the Company in the ratio of (1:10) from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 1/- per equity share.
