Zensar Technologies allots bonus shares On 24 July 2010 The committee of Zensar Technologies in its meeting on 24 July 2010 has allotted 2,15,89,818 equity shares as fully paid up bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1 to the shareholders of the company.
