Zodiac Clothing Company Bonus Issue
The board of Zodiac Clothing Company in its meeting on 06 July 2010 has recommended capitalization of securities premium account / other free reserves by issue of fully paid-up bonus shares to the members of the company in the proportion of the one equity share for every two equity shares held by the members.
