Zyden Gentec Ltd consider stock split
Zyden Gentec Ltd has informed BSE on Monday that a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on June 27, to consider and take on record audited financial results for the quarter/ year ending March 31, 2009.
It will also consider and approve the stock split of equity shares.
